By placing an order you agree to terms & conditions listed below.
We reserve the right to reject any order.

Difference between wholesale & drop ship
Wholesale orders are shipped directly to you. Drop ship orders are shipped directly to your customer. No packing slip or any info is included with the item. We may include a fragrance sample, or sample card. You must select the correct shipping method and meet the minimum order requirement for your type of order. We will automatically adjust your shipping method if you select the incorrect method. If your order doesn't meet the minimum total it will be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
If you order is over $5000 you must e-mail us for approval first. If we cancel an order over $5000 a 3% cancellation fee will apply regardless of the cancellation reason.
Shipping charges & information
Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated in real time based. You can select Ground or 2nd Day Air Saver. Some orders can't ship by air and will be downgraded to ground service automatically. If your order requires multiple boxes the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. We are only able to ship to a street address in the lower 48 states (wholesale).
Delivery time: Most orders placed by 2pm Eastern time will ship the same day. Ground will take between 2-6 days for delivery. 2nd day air will take 2 business days, and Next Day Saver will take 1 business day (no specific time) No refund is granted for late packages on wholesale orders
 
Pick up at our Edison, NJ Warehouse is available Monday to Friday 8am-3pm.

Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Returns: All wholesale orders are final, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
Damages, Carrier (ground/air) service: If an item arrives damaged it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Hold on to the item and packaging for 2 weeks. Carrier may contact you and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged item or issue a refund.
Missing packages, Carrier (Ground/Air) If an item isn't received you must notify us within 3 days of delivery (as noted on tracking information). We will start a tracer with Carrier which will take 8 business days to complete. Once approved we will reship the order with Signature required. If you want the item shipped immediately you would need to place a new order and we will issue a refund when the claim is approved. Carrier must make contact with you to approve claims. Providing wrong or incomplete address etc will not be covered.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason including but not limited to (refusal, undeliverable, unavailable to sign) we will issue a refund for the items cost minus a shipping charge (cost charged by carrier to return item)
Carrier Charges:You are responsible for any additional charges levied by the carrier such as address correction or package redirect.
Cancellation: Since we use an automated order processing system there is a very small window to cancel an order (typically less than 5 minutes) Please reply to the e-mail confirmation immediately and do not wait to contact us during business hours. Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.

Payments, Order Procedure, Order approval and general terms
When ground selected we select the carrier. Wholesale orders can only ship to the billing address on the card (unless prior arrangements have been made) We reserve the right to refuse orders. Although we fulfill over 99% of orders, from time to time a product may sell out and not be available. We assume no responsibility if an item is not available. We will ship the rest of the order and refund for the unavailable item. We do not back order.

DROP SHIP ORDERS
Shipping charges & information
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is based on the number of items in your order and the shipping method selected. Ground rates are $7.95 for the first item, Each additional item is $1 up to 10 items. Over 10 items shipping charges maybe calculated by clicking APPLY next to the shipping method on the checkout page and 2nd day  will be calculated at checkout based on (click apply after selecting method) They may also be adjusted manually if necessary. Shipping to PR,AK,HI,GU,VI  are shipped via USPS * (select UPS Ground)
Delivery time: Most orders placed by 2pm Eastern time will ship the same day. Ground will take 2-6 business days for delivery. 2nd day air will take 2 business days. If a 2nd day air or Next Day Saver package is late please notify us and we will gladly file a refund request with Carrier. If approved you will be refunded the shipping part of the fee. Carrier decision is final.
Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Returning an item: Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. We can't accept returns on open or used items. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item.
Damages: If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Have your customer hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. Carrier will contact the customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item they must return the item at their expense and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Missing packages: If a package is lost in transit we will file a claim with the carier, and reship or refund per your request. If a package is scanned as delivered by a carrier we are unable to file claims or issue refund. Be aware it is your responsibility for the package. Note: You are accepting complete responsibility for the package. We will issue a delivery confirmation number. If the package is damaged, stolen, or missing no claims can be made and you will be responsible to place a new order at your cost.
